Directions:

Interstate 25 to Exit 199, which is Belleview Avenue. East on Belleview for approximately 1/2 mile to South Ulster. The Centrum complex is situated on the south east corner of this intersection, and our office is located in the East Tower of the Centrum complex.



Parking:
There is patient parking in the outside parking lot in front of the building or covered parking in the parking structure.
If you anticipate your visit to be more than three hours (I.E. Stimulation testing) Please park in the 24 hour parking slots, located on the second floor of the parking structure, South of the central building.
